For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, this Website "www.bespokesilverdesigns.co.uk", in its entirety (including all services provided), is from hereon referred to as "BSD".

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using "BSD".
You signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions by continuing to access "BSD" and/or by placing an order.
If you do not agree to accept these Terms and Conditions, then you are no longer authorised to access any part of "BSD" or to place an order.

By using "BSD" you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords and the restriction of any unauthorised use and activity on your computer (or other device) relating to "BSD".

You agree to accept responsibility for all communications from your computer (or other device) to "BSD".

"BSD" reserves the right to refuse access to any part of "BSD", terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion and without prior notice.
If "BSD" cancels an order, it will be at no charge to yourself.

Due to the recent fluctuations in precious metal prices, "BSD" reserves the right to amend the price of any item, at any time and without prior notice.
If you have already placed an order, the price will be honoured at the time of that order being received by "BSD".

"BSD" will only ship orders and commissions to UK addresses.

All sizes and weights of items listed on "BSD" are approximate and are intended for guidance only.

Due to the nature of handcrafted items, slight variations are inevitable and by purchasing items from this site you are accepting this fact.
Every effort is made, as far as possible, to ensure items closely resemble their photograph.

PAYMENT
Using PayPal
You do not need a PayPal account to use this facility. When you place an order with "BSD" using PayPal, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal site, enter your details and payment. Your goods will be dispatched within 48 hours of your payment being received subject to the item(s) being in stock.
In the event of holidays and weekends, your goods will be dispatched the following working day.

Cheque/Postal orders
If you place an order by telephone,  you will receive a "Confirmation of Order" letter.

If you place an order by email, you will receive a "Confirmation of Order" email.

In both the above instances, you will be sent by post, an invoice including payment details when your item is ready. Goods will be dispatched upon your payment clearing (normally 7 - 10 working days).
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order is likely to be delayed we will inform you at the earliest opportunity, with an option to cancel.

If you have a requested a Commissioned item you will receive a written estimate and the anticipated completion date that has to be agreed upon by yourself and "BSD" before any work is undertaken.
If there is delay in your response, the estimate is subject to change due to fluctuations in the price of precious metals.
A non-refundable deposit is required for Commissioned pieces which will be determined by the value of the piece and a mutual agreement between the buyer and "BSD".
For legal and personal reasons, BSD will not replicate another designer's work.
Commissioned pieces are personal to you and therefore, non-refundable and must be paid for in full. If the item is faulty when received, BSD will undertake necessary repairs.
If a drawing is required there will be a fee (minimum charge of £10.00)for this service.

Please ensure that all the details you provide are complete and correct.
Please inform us of any changes prior to the dispatch date of your order.

"BSD" will not pass your details to any third parties unless it is required to do so by law.

"BSD" will not accept responsibility for any injury caused by the improper use or wearing of any item purchased from "BSD".

"BSD" does not recommend the purchase of jewellery or other items, which contain small parts, for young children.
Any adult purchasing any items from "BSD" for a child, does so entirely at their own discretion and risk.

"BSD" will not accept orders from persons under the age of 18 years.

"BSD" only accepts payments in GB £ (British Sterling - Pounds and Pence) either by PayPal, Cheque or Postal Order (please note: clearance times on Postal Orders are faster than the clearance times for Cheques).

If an item is faulty, "BSD" will undertake the repair, of the returned item, free of charge.
All items are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from their date of purchase.
If a repair is not possible, the item may be replaced with another similar item of equal worth and value.
This does not include the loss of an item, deliberate abuse or deliberate damage, normal wear and tear or any damage caused by the incorrect wearing or incorrect use of an item. Repairs to such damage will be chargeable.

POSTAGE and PACKAGING
Delivery to UK addresses only.
There is an additional charge for postage and packaging. Items will be either in a presentation gift box or gift pouch.
"BSD" will only dispatch orders using a "signed for" Postal Service.
For items totalling £40.99 and under there is a flat rate of £4.00.
These are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
For items totalling £41.00 and above there is a flat rate of £8.00.
These are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
"BSD" does not accept responsibility for items once handed to the Postal Service, but will be willing to give customers the Delivery Number in the event of an item not being received.
All items are tracked.

Virus Protection and Malicious Code:
This website "BSD", in its entirety, is provided "As Is".
All elements of "BSD" were virus-free and free of malicious code prior to uploading to the Server.
However, as with any Website, you must take your own precautions to protect your computer (or other device) such as by having an operational and up-to-date Internet security application (including anti-virus software) installed on your computer/device.
"BSD" will not accept any responsibility/liability whatsoever for, including but not limited to, any damage/disruption to your computer (or other device) and any associated devices or loss/damage to any data which may occur as a result of using any part(s) of "BSD".
